Training Regulations


  1. General Provisions
    1.1. In this document, training refers to International Business Communication Standards (hereinafter referred to as IBCS) certified courses, webinars, conferences, and any other events organized to promote the principles of IBCS.
    1.2. These regulations define the rules for participation in training sessions and other events organized by IBCS Institute sp. z o.o. and partner entities authorized to organize IBCS® training.
    1.3. Participation in training organized by the IBCS Institute sp. z o.o. and partner entities authorized to conduct IBCS® training constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
  2. Registration for Training
    2.1. Registration for training is carried out via a registration form or a link available on the ibcs.com website.
    2.2. Reservation of a spot in the training is made in accordance with the information provided in the offer (prices, number of available spots, dates, etc.).
  3. Changes in the Organization of Training
    3.1. The organizer of the event reserves the right to change the date of the training or event if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
    3.2. The organizer of the event has the right to replace the trainer conducting the training due to reasons beyond their control (e.g. illness, unforeseen circumstances).
    3.3. If the date of the training or the trainer is changed, participants will be informed immediately via the e-mail address provided in the registration.
    3.4. In the case of a change in the date of the training, the participant has the right to select another available date.
  4. Training Conduct
    4.1. The training will take place at the location and on the date specified by the organizer, subject to clause 3.1.
    4.2. Participants are required to adhere to the public policy rules and to show appropriate respect towards the trainer and other participants.
  5. Organizer’s Responsibility
    5.1. The organizer is not responsible for the failure to fulfill its obligations or for damages arising from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, technical issues beyond the organizer’s control).
    5.2. The organizer commits to making every effort to ensure that the training is conducted to a high standard and in accordance with the description provided in the offer.
  6. Personal Data
    6.1. The organizer of the event processes participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
    6.2. The user gives consent for the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here.
  7. Final Provisions
    7.1. The organizer of the event reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. Any changes will be published on the organizer’s website.
    7.2. In matters not covered by these regulations, Polish law shall apply.
